§ Mr. NEVILLE CHAMBERLAIN:A deputation from the town council saw representatives of the Unemployment Grants Committee on February 21, and I understand that the council are now paying 87½ per cent. of the rate of wages to the men referred to in the first part of the hon. Member's previous question. With regard to the latter part of that question, the position was explained to the deputation, but I am not aware of the action taken by the council.
