JOYNSON-HICKS:Under the general policy explained in the answer given to the hon. and gallant Member for 515W Maidstone (Commander Bellairs) on the 16th May, 1922, this publication, along with others, is now issued as a Stationery Office publication instead of a Command Paper, but this will not interfere with its presentation to Parliament, which is being arranged forthwith.
