§ Mr. BALDWIN:No person is entitled to hold National Savings Certificates of a greater nominal amount in the aggregate than £500, except in certain cases of inherited certificates and of certificates specially issued in payment of War service gratuities. Statistics of the numbers of individual holders are not available.
