§ Mr. BALDWIN:As regards the first part of the question I would refer to the written answer to a question by the hon. Member for Clapham (Sir J. Leigh) on the 5th instant; as regards the second part, the present cost of the British Army of Occupation, in so far as not covered by requisitions of paper marks for local payments, is being met out of receipts under the Reparation (Recovery) Act.
