§ Mr. EDWARD WOODSchool terms must correspond with educational periods with reference to which the school work is planned and organised, and I am advised that it is not practicable to give effect to this principle if the school year is divided into six terms. The practice of local education authorities, with very few exceptions, is to divide the year into three or four terms.
