§ Mr. BETTERTONUnder the Unemployment Insurance Acts applicants for uncovenanted benefit have, among other things, to prove either that they have paid 20 contributions or more or that they have been employed in insurable work for a reasonable length of time since December, 1919 Uncovenanted benefit would not be disallowed on account of non-payment of contributions if the second of these alternatives is 1073W satisfied. If the hon. Member will give me particulars of the case he has in mind, I will have inquiry made.
