JOYNSON-HICKSThe women entrants from the 1919 examination are not "Lytton entrants," to whom alone the increases recommended by the Southborough Committee apply, and I am not aware of the grounds on which it is suggested that they should be brought within that category. Claims on behalf of these clerks, consequential on the increases given to Lytton entrants, have now been made and are under consideration.
