WORTHINGTON-EVANSThe delay in the issue of the July edition of the Post Office Guide is not attributable to the State printing works at Harrow, but was due to the failure on the part of a firm of contractors to complete the binding for a number of the copies in contract time. The Guides were available at Leeds at the end of last week.
