§ Lord E. PERCYThe draft Regulations dealing with dried milk have now been published in accordance with the requirements of the Rules Publication Act, 1893. As regards cream and cheese, I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer which my right hon. Friend gave on this subject on the 11th instant.
