§ Mr. TILLETTasked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware that his Department has issued instructions that dependants' benefit, in respect of applicants whose wives let apartments or lodgings, should be disallowed for the year and not only for the season; and whether, seeing that this instruction places a premium on idleness and penalises those making a struggle for a living, these instructions can be withdrawn?
