§ Sir R. SANDERSThe cost of production of maps sold to the public includes a percentage charge which is considered reasonable to cover the items mentioned in my hon. Friend's question, but no separate allocation of the charge is made among the different items referred to. As the Ordnance Survey has never arranged with private firms for the production of small scale maps, the amount of royalty which would be charged in such circumstances has never been considered.
