§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREI regret that I am unable to furnish at short notice an authoritative statement showing in detail the information desired by my hon. and gallant Friend, but, as already stated in my reply to his question on the 2nd July, I shall be happy, if he so desire and will communicate with me, to place at his disposal any information in the Department that can be made available.
