Lieut.-Commander KENWORTHY

asked the Prime Minister what is the exact position regarding claims on the present Russian Government for goods supplied and services rendered by British subjects to the previous Russian Government; and when His Majesty's Government intends to carry out the terms of the Trade Agreement with Russia by holding a conference with the Russian Government for the settlement of this and other outstanding questions?
