§ Mr. HANNONasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is in a position to give the figures for the direct trade of the Irish Free State with countries other than Great Britain for the quarter ended 30th June, 1923; whether any arrangement has been made with the Irish Free State for the publication of these figures, so necessary for accurate comparisons of the periodic movements of trade; and, if so, when the-figures will be available?

§ Lieut.-Colonel BUCKLEYIt is understood to be the intention of the authorities of the Irish Free State to publish particulars of the trade between that State and other countries. I am not in a position to say when publication will begin.
