§ Earl WINTERTONMy Noble and gallant Friend will have seen that His Majesty has been pleased to recognise Mrs. Starr's heroic services not only by approving the award to her of the Kaiser-i-Hind Gold Medal, but also by authorising the despatch of a personal message in the name of the King and Queen. This recognition will, I am sure, give satisfaction to all Members of the House.
