THOMSONasked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the fact that the practice of allowing parents to exempt their children from vaccination has been followed during the past 15 years by a greater freedom from small-pox than has ever been recorded in this country, he will consider the desirability of introducing legislation to empower boards of guardians to suspend the enforcement of the Vaccination Acts in their districts for such periods as they may determine?
