Colonel GUESTasked the Home Secretary whether he can see his way to treat ex-members of the Royal Irish Constabulary who are permanently residing in Great Britain as special cases provided.for in paragraph 8 of the revised terms of disbandment, as many of these ex-members are unable to obtain employment and arc unable to return to their homes in Ireland?
