§ Earl WINTERTONThe Government of India are budgeting for a reduction in the expenditure of their Post and Telegraph Department of about 130 lakhs, which approximates closely to that recommended by the Inchcape Committee. As regards the direction in which the reduction will be made, I have no information beyond that contained in the Committee's Report, to which I would refer the hon. Member.
