§ Mr. ORMSBY-GORENo special exemptions have been granted to the Zionist organisation. In accordance with a Turkish law which is still administered in Palestine, religious and charitable organisations enjoy exemption from Customs duties on certain articles such as school books, school furniture, etc. In such matters the educational branch of the Zionist organisation enjoys the same treatment as other similar organisations, such as all Christian missionary bodies.
