MORRISONasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the 2315W Public Works Loan Commissioners will be prepared to advance loans to local authorities generally, irrespective of rateable value, for the purpose of encouraging them to put into operation the provisions of the Small Dwellings Acquisition Act, 1889, as amended by the Housing Acts; and, if so, what the rate of interest will be in such cases?
