Mr. CHAMBERLAINI understand that the facts are substantially as stated in the first two parts of the question The guardians have been authorised to raise loans amounting to £700,000 in the ease of Sheffield and £200,000 in the case of Ecclesall Bi[...]rlow so as to relieve the immediate charge upon the ratepayers and I shall be prepared to consider further applications of this kind if the necessity should arise.
