§ Major BOYD-CARPENTERQuestions regarding the standard of remuneration and other conditions of employment of the Consular Service certainly fall within the terms of reference of the Committee referred to but those terms do not cover consideration by the Committee of the relative numbers of ex-service men and non-service men appointed to Consular posts.
