JOYNSON-HICKSThere is a large amount of cable repair work to he undertaken by the Post Office cable ships, and I fear that some time may elapse before telegraphic communication with the island of Fetlar can be restored. I need hardly assure the hon. Member that no avoidable delay will occur.
