§ Major TRYONNo statutory limitation exists as regards the renewal of pension on a conditional or temporary basis. Parliament, however, gave me power in the War Pensions Act of last year to make final awards, and decreed that every case in which a conditional pension had been drawn for four years or more should be considered for a final award. This is now being carried out, and a large number of final awards have been made.
