Mr. YOUNGThe total amount of duty collected during the month of April under Part I of the Safeguarding of Industries Act was £21,873. Of this amount, £3,625, £341, £10,138, £1,409, £76 and £3,668 were received in respect of goods consigned from France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Japan and the United States of America respectively.
