Major BARNESasked the Secretary of State for War what steps have been taken to enable the Imperial War Graves Commission to take, or to make arrangements to have taken, photographs of War graves, and so to alleviate the distress of those relatives who, for financial reasons, are unable to make their own arrangements for securing these mementoes of their dead?
