Sir A. BOSCAWENThere was a.mall loss for the whole of the financial year 1921–2. During the latter half of the year, however, the journal was self-supporting, and it is anticipated that this position will be maintained. I258W should add that I regard the journal as one of the Ministry's main educational activities and as a necessary means of giving publicity to work of all kinds that makes for the improvement of agriculture. I cannot, therefore, regard the journal as a purely commercial undertaking.
