Mr. WOODSeychelles Ordinance No. 1 of 1922 was passed by the Legislative Council of Seychelles on the 10th February, 1922, in accordance with the request of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, for the purpose of legalising the detention in the Colony of political prisoners deported from Egypt and removed to Seychelles by direction 6f His Majesty's Secretary of State. A copy of the Ordinance will be placed in the Library of the House.
