§ Lieut.-Colonel HURSTasked the Home Secretary whether he is aware of the Regulation, made by the Registrar-General of Births, debarring applications for registering births on behalf of all children over seven years of age; if he has considered the hardship which may be involved in depriving such children of the right to possess birth certificates, and has had before him the representations to such effect made by His Honour Judge Parry; and whether he will consider whether the Regulation in question can be modified or abrogated?
