Mr. YOUNGThe reasons for the discontinuance of the Civil Service Arbitration Board were fully stated in the reply to a question put by the hon. Member for the Rushcliffe Division of Nottinghamshire (Mr. Betterton) on the 22nd February last, of which I am sending the hon. Member a copy. The answer to the second part of the question is in the negative.
