asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury what was the number of directors' meetings held by the British Cellulose Company during their last financial year; and how many meetings each of the Government directors attended?

During the last financial year of the British Cellulose Company, ending on the 30th June, 1921, there were 22 directors' meetings. Sir Philip Henriques attended all meetings and Sir William Alexander 17.
