§ Sir A. MONDSince grant is not payable in respect of measures in pursuance of the policy mentioned by my hon. Friend I have no special information as to the extent to which that policy has been adopted, but so far as I am aware it has never even been claimed that more than an extremely small proportion of the local authorities concerned have adopted it.
