§ Mr. RHYS DAVIESasked the Minister of Health whether he will give favourable consideration to the suggestion that the Government should extend until 1924 the period during which the subsidy for new houses will be given to local authorities and placing England and Wales on exactly the same terms in this connection as Scotland?
