Mr. DAVIESfurther asked the President of the Board of Education if he will issue, monthly or quarterly, a statement indicating any progress made by this and other countries in relation to education in general, giving figures showing the status of this country as compared with the position from time to time prevailing in other countries?
§ Mr. FISHERI am afraid that the usefulness of such a periodical paper as the hon. Member suggests, would not be commensurate with the labour and cost of its preparation and publication.
