§ Mr. SWANasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Transport if he is aware of the wide-spread indignation amongst cyclists throughout the country against the compulsory carrying of a rear light on cycles; and, seeing that this was only intended as a war measure, will the Government seriously consider the advisability of doing away with the Order?
