WORTHINGTON EVANSThe duties and responsibilities of quartermasters in the Army and those in the Royal Marines are not altogether comparable, and this difference is reflected in the relative rates of retired pay. I regret that I cannot see my way to making any change in the existing scale of retired pay for Army quartermasters.
