§ Mr. NEALI must refer the hon. and gallant Member to the answer which I gave on 15th February to the hon. and gallant Member for Bournemouth (Lieut.-Colonel Croft), a copy of which I am sending him. Since that date I have met the Chairman and some of the directors and principal shareholders of the North British Railway and fully explained to them the position of the Government, but I have nothing to add to the answer referred to above.
