Captain TUDOR-REESasked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that many British traders have their trade circulars printed in this country and send them over to the Continent for postage back to England and elsewhere, and that this costs them less than posting thorn here; and whether this serious loss to the revenue can be prevented by a reduction in the postal rates?
