BARKERasked the Home Secretary if the Monmouthshire County Council have passed a resolution in favour of the introduction of a Bill to amend the existing law regulating Sunday trading and that the Urban District Council of Abertillery is in agreement with the resolution of the Monmouthshire County Council; and will he introduce legislation on this question at an early date in accordance with the wishes of these bodies?
