MONDThe National League have been informed on more than one occasion that so long as they refuse to obey the decision of the Charity Commissioners as to registration under Section 3 of the Blind Persons Act, no question of 1313W representation on the advisory committee can be entertained, I understand that the League is still an unregistered body.
