§ Mr. BALDWINThe quantity of tea remaining in the bonded warehouses of the United Kingdom, or entered to be warehoused therein, on the 31st January, 1922, was 216,117,320 pounds. Of this stock 2,916,343 pounds were lying in Scottish bonds, principally in the following ports:
