§ Major KELLEYasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether, when Southern Ireland obtains Dominion status, the Customs duty imposed on Irish spirits imported into Great Britain will be the same or greater than the excise now levied on Irish spirits?
Mr. YOUNGWhen Southern Ireland obtains Dominion status, spirits and other dutiable articles imported therefrom into Great Britain will be on the same footing as like articles imported from other Dominions in the matter of liability to Customs duties.
