§ Mr. TOWNLEYasked the Minister of Health whether there are any legal requirements in respect of the nature and quality of the milk which is supplied with tea in cafes and other places of refreshment; and, if so, what measures are taken to enforce these requirements?
§ Sir A. MONDI am advised that where a customer in a restaurant orders tea and does not specially ask for milk, there are no legal requirements as to the nature or quality of any milk which may be supplied.
