Mr. HARMSWORTHSince the date of the hon. and gallant Member's last question on this subject, the Bill for the increase in tariff on the tramway has passed the Chamber of Deputies and gone up to the Senate. The appeal of the company against the action of the municipality is now before the Uruguayan Courts. Pending a decision of the Senate in one case and the Courts in the other, representations by His Majesty's Government would be out of place.
