§ Mr. ALLEN PARKINSONasked the Minister of Labour if he is aware that James Walton, who was thrown out of employment by the closing of the Earl of Bradford's colliery at Farnworth, near Bolton, was refused the supplementary grant for housekeeper and dependent children, the housekeeper being his widowed daughter and the dependent children her two children, who has been acting as housekeeper since the death of his wife in June, 1919, and previous to that time was assisting his wife in the household duties, there being a large family; and whether he will have this case inquired into, and, if eligible for benefits, authorise their payment?
