§ Lieut.-Colonel STANLEYThe number of officers entering the Army from all sources will be less than before the War, but it is not proposed, at any rate for the present, to restrict the output from the Royal Military College and the Royal Military Academy. These establishments only supplied a part of the total pre-War numbers, and the supply from other sources, such as the Militia and Universities, has been stopped or much reduced.
