JONESasked the Postmaster-General whether his attention has been called to a largely-signed petition submitted by the Post Office staff at Cardiff with a view to informing him of the dissatisfaction which exists with regard to the question of local promotion; whether he is aware that the petitioners have received no reply to their memorial; and whether, having regard to the importance of securing a state of contentment amongst the members of his staff, he will see that the communication is given early attention?
