BENNETTasked the Minister of Health if he has received from certain boards of guardians and other local authorities a request to promote legislation with a view to enabling statutory forms to be altered by substituting the terms mental patient for pauper lunatic, mental hospital for lunatic asylum, and institution for workhouse; and if he is disposed to take the proposal into favourable consideration?
