Major BARNESasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that a chief or charge pharmacist and other qualified dispensers in Poor Law hospitals do not rank as statutory officers whereas outdoor dispensers do; and whether, in view of the extra responsibility and necessary technical training required, he will endeavour to rectify this in any general or other Orders that will be promulgated in the near future?
