THORNEasked the Prime Minister if there is a demand for all kinds of agricultural implements in Russia in consequence of more land being under cultivation; and whether, if no offer is being made to supply the Russian Government with traction engines, ploughs, and 714W other agricultural implements, he will take action in the matter?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI would refer the hon. Member to the speeches made in the Debate yesterday by myself and my hon. Friends, in which the attitude of His Majesty's Government in relation to the whole Russian position, including the possibilities of credit, was fully explained.
